These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Stellar Vanguard ("the Game"), developed by vStokke ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the Game, you agree to these Terms.
Stellar Vanguard is a mobile game available on Google Play. You may use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the Game.
The Game offers optional in-app purchases processed through Google Play Billing. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue in-app items at any time.
The Game displays advertisements via Google AdMob. By using the Game, you consent to the display of ads. You can remove ads via an in-app purchase.
All content in the Game, including graphics, music, code, and design, is the property of vStokke and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the Game will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, vStokke shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
